Founded in 2015 in Arlington, The Pilates Loft Virginia has been a regionally recognized Pilates studio specializing in delivering the highest quality Classical Pilates experience to our clients for the past decade. Staffed by 28 highly-skilled instructors, each with over 600-hours of comprehensive teacher training, we guarantee you’ll be in expert hands with any member of our team. Our clients range from professional athletes to individuals recovering from spine surgeries and everyone in between.
