| Mark Griffith |
CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR |
Mark was introduced to Pilates in the year 2000 at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. At the time, Mark was competing in trampoline for the United States National Team on the World Cup Circuit. Physical Therapists for the United States Olympic Committee used Pilates as a way to combat Mark’s chronic back pain caused by instability of the joints in his back and pelvis. After a few sessions Mark’s pain disappeared and he was hooked! He continued training at the International Elite level and earned 19 National Titles and a World Championship Title in the sports of tumbling and trampoline.
Mark received his Pilates Instructor certification in 2005 from Power Pilates based in New York City and has been teaching at The Pilates Loft since then. In addition to teaching Pilates, Mark is a performing acrobat in Cirque du Soleil's resident production of 'La Nouba'. He is personally committed to the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning to help him not only prevent injuries but to maintain a demanding fitness level. Mark also enjoys weightlifting, volleyball, and scuba diving. Most recently in 2009, Mark was inducted into The USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame.

| Meghan Griffin |
CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR |
Meghan grew up a student of ballet and modern dance, beginning at a young age and continuing into college. After graduating from Boston University in 2002 and beginning her career in advertising, Meghan was eager to find a new exercising passion that could offer the same benefits she experienced from dancing- long, lean muscle and core strength. Through pilates, Meghan found that her body was capable of doing more than she ever thought possible. Pilates sculpted her body, drastically improved her posture, and relieved pain associated with severe tightness in her shoulders.
Meghan began training extensively at The Pilates Loft in 2007 and after only a few months, was amazed at how much strength and flexibility she quickly regained with a dedicated, consistent training schedule. She was so pleased with the results and interested in the authentic method that she decided she wanted to teach it herself, and entered into the NY Pilates Studio Certification Program in December of 2007.
As an apprentice, Meghan received over 700 hours of intensive training with Jennifer O'Mara, owner of The Pilates Loft, Master Teacher Brett Howard of The Pilates Haus in New Jersey, and David Freeman, owner of The Pilates Institute of Fort Lauderdale and Director of The United States Pilates Association. Meghan completed her Apprenticeship in the Fall of 2008 and is now a certified Authentic Pilates Instructor. While teaching individual and group sessions full time at The Pilates Loft, Meghan continues to seek further training and education to evolve her teaching skills, and is always eager to inspire her clients.

| Lori Milner |
CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR |
Lori has been dedicated to a fit and healthy lifestyle for most of her life. She was a student of Pilates for more than six years before she decided to become a Certified Pilates instructor. This solid transition is a natural fit for Lori, who graduated Cum Laude from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in teaching.
With her strong instructional background, Lori knew—after her first few sessions—Pilates was something she would continue for a lifetime. Not only did Pilates help her balance, posture and flexibility, but it was also a great way to strengthen and tone her core after having a child. As an avid runner for more than 11 years, Pilates has also given Lori another outlet for cross-training. She successfully competed in her first half marathon in December of 2008 and plans to continue competing in future distance and strength events. In addition, Lori has been actively spinning and weight training for more than five years.
Lori was first introduced to Pilates in 2003 after the birth of her first daughter. She is personally committed to the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning and she strives to keep the integrity of each exercise Joseph Pilates created. Lori has completed more than 600 hours of extensive training and apprenticeship hours with Jennifer O’Mara, Owner of the Pilates Loft, and Stefanie Ellis, Certified Power Pilates instructor and teacher-trainer from Pilates of Boca in Boca Raton, Florida.
In June of 2009, Lori was certified as an Authentic Pilates Instructor through Power Pilates, based in New York. She prides herself on being a lifelong learner and an enthusiastic teacher. Lori has been married for 10 years and has two beautiful daughters.
